MARATHON installed the most up to date Waste Equipment System in the following countries United Arab Emirates, Doha Qatar, Sultanate of Oman and Bahrain. A waste transfer station is a facility specially designed to compact and treat waste for land filling or incineration. After compaction at a waste transfer station, waste carried by six trucks can be loaded onto just one trailer to be transported to landfill or incinerator, other treatment sites, significantly reducing transportation costs and resources.
Usually built within a city, a waste transfer station is conceptualized and built according to our customers' specific needs, such as waste capacity, the local environment and conditions, and peak operational times. A comprehensive odour and dust control system is built in to minimize pollution to the environment. No two systems are identical – we build for maximum results tailored to our customers' unique requirements. Harnessing state-of-the-art technology, our team is able to simulate results based on specified variables, enabling our customers to gauge results before implementation.
